The company has started its activity nearly 100 years ago, it produces the traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia. The premises of the company are inside a restored historic block.

The vinegar is bottled by an automatic plant.

The suppliers of the raw materials to produce the vinegar are selected.

The yearly output of vinegar is over 21.000 litres and a limited production of more selected vinegar.

The vinegar produced is mainly exported in USA, Japan, European countries, Australia and Canada.
